SummaryThe RightStart Apprentice is a full-tiume entry-level technician in training, participating in a 12-month structured program designed to develop technical skills in collision repair. Working closely with a Mentor, the Apprentice gains hands-on experience, completes I-CAR and OEM cerifications, and steadily increases production hours. By the end of the program, the Apprentice is expected to independently produce 40 flat-rate hours per week.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesPartner with assigned Mentor ro complete hands-on coaching, training, and feedback. Complete program milestones and I-CAR Non-Structural Pro-Levels 1, 2, and 3 within designated timelines. Work 40 hours per week, adhereing to attendance policies and program guidelines. Properly maintain and securely store provided tools and equipment. Support team production with hours increasing consitently throughout the program.Achieve independence in producing 40 flat rate hours weekly upon program completion.QualificationsAbility to follow structured training, meet deadlines, and complete certifications on schedule. Openness to feedback and ability to apply coaching to improve performance. Proactive attitude, teamwork, and dedication to safe repair practices.Strong work ethic, reliability, and adherence to program attendance policies.
