Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This role is responsible for leading the company's financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making.The CFO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute short- and long-term financial strategiesPartner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decision-makingLead financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planningFinancial Management & ReportingOversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsMaintain strong internal controls and financial processesCash Flow, Capital & Risk ManagementManage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planningLead banking, financing, and treasury relationshipsIdentify and mitigate financial and operational risksDrive cost control and efficiency initiativesCompliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirementsLead internal and external auditsSupport strong financial governance and ethical standardsTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teamBuild a culture of accountability and continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldMBA and/or CPA preferred10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership rolesStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategyExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in growing or scaling organizationsBackground in professional services, consulting, or similar environmentsExperience working directly with executive leadership
