Job DetailsIQ Resource Group is hiring 2nd Shift TIG Welders/Fabricators in the Neenah, WI area!Pay: $23.00 - $34.00+/hourShift Differential: +$4.00/hour for 2nd shiftEmployment Type: Direct HireSchedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00amPosition Overview:The TIG Welder/Fabricator is responsible for performing high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. This role also includes fabricating and assembling parts by measuring, cutting, grinding, and shaping materials using a variety of tools and equipment.Position Summary:Experience TIG welding stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals to produce strong, clean, and aesthetically pleasing weldsAbility to "walk the cup" and familiarity with hard automation such as plasma weld-aroundFabricate and assemble components by measuring, cutting, grinding, and shaping materials using various toolsAbility to read, understand, and work from blueprints, layouts, and work instructionsFollow quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure product standards are metMeet and maintain performance expectations including productivity, efficiency, and time management while maintaining strong attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluentlyMaintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and regulationsWillingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as neededOther duties may be assigned to support business and shop needsQualifications:Prior on-the-job TIG welding experience requiredAbility to "walk the cup"Experience working with hard automation (plasma weld-around preferred)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layoutsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood verbal and written communication skills
