Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who’s eager to start a professional career in Building Code Enforcement. This is an ideal position for someone with construction experience, or trade background who wants to develop into a certified inspector. What You’ll Do Shadow experienced inspectors during residential and commercial site visits Learn ICC/PA UCC building codes and inspection procedures Assist with documentation, reports, and communication with contractors Participate in training sessions and pursue certification milestones Qualifications Background in construction, engineering, or related trades Desire and ability to obtain ICC/PA UCC certifications (training provided) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Excellent communication, attention to detail, and professionalism Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you currently hold any ICC/PA UCC certifications?
