This full-time position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.The Personal Lines Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while managing and growing personal insurance accounts.Job DutiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clientsProvide consistent, accurate, and timely communication via phone, email, and written correspondenceMeet with clients as needed to review accounts and address insurance needsEducate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutionsAccurately document client activity in the Agency Management SystemProcess incoming emails and client requests promptlyIssue certificates of insurance, ID cards, policies, and related documentsQuote, sell, and service personal lines insurance policiesPrepare applications, submit to carriers, and obtain client signaturesManage policy renewals and maintain accurate client filesWhat You BringActive Property & Casualty license.Experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.AMS360 experience preferredUnderstanding of Personal Lines coverages and service processesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency with basic office software and comfort learning agency systems.What We OfferBetween $22-$26/hr., depending on experienceContinuing education opportunitiesProfessional growth and career developmentHealth InsuranceDental & Vision Insurance401(k) with matching employer contributionsHSA & FSACompetitive PTO and company holidays.Wellness ProgramReferences are required as part of our employment process.
