The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of relevant experience, and professional accreditation such as ASA, FSA, FIA, or CFA. Strong skills in client management, project management, and communication are essential, as is a commitment to ethical practices and a service-oriented mindset.As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for mentoring team members, expanding client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires a deep understanding of state and federal benefits regulations, the ability to analyze complex issues, and the skill to explain them in simple terms.
