Job Description:Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician ILocation: Hazelwood, MODepartment: Adult HousingEmployment Type: Full-timeShift: Sunday - Thursday / OvernightJob Summary:The Behavioral Health Technician I position is responsible for providing direct and supportive care to clients/patients. This includes monitoring daily activities, intervening/responding to crises, facilitating group education and structured activities, and transporting clients as needed. Behavioral Health Technicians are responsible for understanding the client's/patient's treatment plan, documenting their behaviors, and providing a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Active Participation: Participate as an integral member of the treatment team, assisting in identifying client strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
