This role partners closely with business, analytics, and technology teams to answer complex business questions and translate data into recommendations that support informed, data‑driven decisions across the organization.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and technical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences. This role is well suited for an experienced analyst who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working with modern data platforms, and seeing analysis turn into measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on large‑scale data and analytics projects that gather and integrate data from multiple sourcesIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to answer business questions and inform decisionsApply statistical techniques and analytical tools to interpret results and develop actionable insights and recommendationsPresent data, analysis, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner that enables stakeholders to quickly understand and actCollaborate with business partners, analytics teams, and technology stakeholders to provide a holistic view of analytical outcomesAcquire, validate, and prepare data from multiple sources to support accurate and reliable analysisMeasure and monitor the impact of applied recommendations and adjust analyses as neededEnsure all data acquisition, sharing, and analytical outputs comply with company standards, governance, and data policiesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experienceFour to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experiencePreferred Skills / ExperienceExperience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, and predictive modelingStrong analytical skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsDemonstrated project management skillsEffective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsExpertise with complex SQL queries, including views, stored procedures, and user‑defined functionsFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power AppsProficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BIExperience working with cloud‑based platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and SnowflakeWorking knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or similar toolsWorking knowledge of ETL processes and tools such as Alteryx, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or equivalentThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Benefits:Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
