Job Title: Data AnalystDepartment: FinanceReports To:Basic FunctionThe Data Analyst serves as a critical contributor to Growth Ortho's data and analytics strategy, responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive financial and operational decisions across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs, translates those needs into analytical solutions, and ensures data accuracy and integrity. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that support financial, operational, and strategic initiatives. This position requires strong analytical, financial, and technical skills in t-SQL, Power BI, and data modeling, combined with the ability to communicate complex findings in clear, business-friendly language.
