This role will reward someone who is conscientious, detail-oriented, has a strong sense of pride in their work, and welcomes the opportunity to work both autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Job ResponsibilitiesManage Professional Lines accounts, including E&O coverage, renewals, endorsements and client service requests with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, proactive service and trusted insurance guidance.Support client retention by anticipating coverage needs, resolving issues promptly and delivering exceptional customer service.Handle day-to-day account management activities for Professional Lines clients while ensuring policy accuracy and timely follow-up.Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing multiple client accounts, deadlines and service priorities effectively.Provide expert support for E&O coverage including policy changes, renewals and client education on coverage options.Maintain accurate documentation and account records in the agency management system (AMS360).Minimum RequirementsLicense: Property & Casualty (Any State)Minimum of 4 years of Account Manager experience in Commercial Lines specifically in Professional Lines coverages with an independent agency or Excess & Surplus Lines (E&S) brokerPreferred SkillsLicense: Property & Casualty (TX or OK)Management System: AMS360Computer Skills: Adobe, DocuSign, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS WordBenefits - EXCEPTIONALFollowing is 100% Paid by IIAT for individual coverage:HealthDentalVisionShort- & Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance – 1x salaryAdditional Benefits:Open Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays401(k) – eligibility period applies37 1/2 work weekWork From HomeGreat Team Culture
