The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts, develop automation strategies, and ensure high-quality software delivery through robust test automation and testing practices.Strong hands-on experience with the Karate framework for API automation is a mandatory requirement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead test planning, test design, and test execution for projects involving Selenium and Java.Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.Perform API automation using the Karate framework.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and align testing activities with project milestones.Perform root-cause analysis on testing defects and provide recommendations for resolution.Monitor and report testing progress, issues, risks, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior QA team members.Apply Selenium, Java, and API automation best practices.Stay updated on industry trends, testing tools, technologies, and automation best practices.Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in Java with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation testing.Strong hands-on experience in API automation using the Karate framework.
