Loan Data Entry Clerk

Position: Loan Data Entry Clerk Compensation: $ 48000 - $ 56000 annually, depending on experience Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Loan Data Entry Clerk to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys accuracy, organization, and supporting lending operations behind the scenes. In this role, you will help keep loan records clean, complete, and compliant while partnering with a collaborative operations team. It’s a great fit for someone who wants to grow their banking career and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties:Enter data for new and renewed loans, advances, and paymentsReview approvals and closing conditions before fundingProcess loan funding entries and disbursements accuratelyMaintain loan accounts and servicing recordsSupport monthly reporting and exception review effortsTrack covenants and monitoring ticklers as neededUpload and organize electronic loan documentsAssist with filings, insurance tracking, and paid-out processingResolve discrepancies in reports and account balancesProvide support for loan operations requests and inquiries Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required3-4 years of general banking experienceStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportationAbility to work onsite and maintain regular attendance Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Commercial or commercial real estate loan servicing experienceLoan data entry experienceExperience with loan funding and loan operationsRegulatory reporting experienceKnowledge of commercial lending documentationFamiliarity with loan servicing processes Perks & Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package with PTO, 401(k), and medical coverageHealth Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account optionsDependent Care FSA and voluntary supplemental coverageEmployer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insuranceCareer development in loan servicing and banking operations Other Information: Role supports loan operations and compliance-focused workflowsPosition supports banking offices across major marketsReports into loan operations leadership and works closely with processing teams If you are interested in learning more about the Loan Data Entry Clerk opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
