Job TitleRegistrarLocationHancock AFB - Syracuse, NY 13211 US (Primary)Position Summary and Job ResponsibilitiesThe Registrar shall maintain a complete and accurate accountability of all student pipeline entry, reassignment, or classification for aircrew student qualification training. The Registrar is the focal point for all student inquires prior to arrival, during training, and after the students move to other squadrons. This position may be full or part time.Job ResponsibilitiesThe contractor shall maintain a complete and accurate accountability of all student pipeline entry, reassignment, or classification for aircrew student qualification training.The Registrar shall be required to coordinate with HQ AFPC, HQ 19 AF, HQ ACC, HQ NGB, and any other agencies as required.The Registrar shall be the focal point for all student inquiries prior to arrival, during training, and after the students move to other squadrons.Coordinate with HQ's AFPC and ACC, Goodfellow AFB, HQ ANG, and any other agency as required.Maintain daily updates of the PFT class status.Work and flow the FTU course schedules, course additions/overages, and course administration and provide to FTU leadership prior to class start dates as necessary.Complete AF Form 475 and route training reports IAW DAFI 36-2406.Update student contact information for FTU recall roster and emergency data form.Manage and ensure all students complete the squadron in/out-processing checklists.Coordinate with CWD and training offices to ensure complete and current courseware materials are available.Ensure students are properly enrolled in an eligible course, verify prerequisite requirements are met, and coordinate any unaccomplished training with gaining units scheduled graduation.Input/maintain student names/information in LMS/GTIMS/Patriot Excalibur (PEX) as applicable.Coordinate student in-processing/out-processing paperwork and computer accounts.Distribute Student publications/courseware/equipment upon student in-processing and collect required return items at out-processing.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required and/or Preferred QualificationsRequired and/or Preferred Qualifications (education, experience, licenses, skills)MUST BE U.S. CITIZENEducation:Vocational or other post-high school training.Training and Experience:At least one (1) year administrative management experience.Experience with normal government software and hardware. Experience with fax and email. Ability to prioritize conflicting requests. Must have experience providing administrative support to technical programs, assisting in report/publication preparation, word processing, and basic data management as it relates to program implementation requirements. Requires knowledge of Government program report requirements and formats.General Skills:Must handle multiple, simultaneous tasks, be a self starter who works independently with limited or no direct supervision and flexible in out-side tasks, have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, excel in customer service and possess strong communication skills. Exceptional time-management skills are necessity.
