Description
The Contractor shall provide a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the ongoing maintenance, operations, and enhancement of federal government websites and digital platforms. The Senior Project Manager shall be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, accessibility, and compliance of web systems while overseeing project execution, governance, and stakeholder coordination in a regulated federal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior-level oversight of website operations, maintenance, and support activities
Plan, manage, and control multiple concurrent maintenance and enhancement efforts using Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery approaches
Establish and enforce project governance, change control, quality management, and reporting processes
Ensure compliance with federal policies, standards, and regulations, including Section 508 accessibility requirements, security, privacy, and records management
Serve as the primary point of contact for federal stakeholders and provide executive-level status reporting and briefings
Coordinate and manage cross-functional technical teams and external vendors, including hybrid telework teams
Monitor system performance, incidents, and service-level metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support audits, compliance reviews, and required federal documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 7 years of project or program management experience, including leadership of website or digital platform operations
Demonstrated experience supporting federal government clients or programs
Proven experience managing Agile and hybrid delivery programs in a regulated environment
Strong understanding of web technologies, hosting environments, and IT operations
Clearance Requirement
Ability to obtain and maintain a? U.S. Government security clearance ?at the? Public Trust
Work Location
Hybrid telework , with on-site presence as required by the federal client and contract terms
Preferred Qualifications
Active U.S. Government security clearance
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
Knowledge of federal accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG
Experience delivering digital services under federal governance and compliance frameworks
Project plans, schedules, and risk registers
Agile and hybrid program status reports and executive briefings
Compliance, audit, and governance documentation
Operational performance metrics and continuous improvement recommendations
