Legal Secretary
Busy Workers' Compensation Defense firm, looking for a skilled legal secretary with good work ethics, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment. Law office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the desirable candidates.
Work tasks include: processing mail, formatting letters and court documents, scheduling medical evaluations, depositions and hearings, subpoenaing records, handling phone calls and email correspondence, etc...The legal secretary position requires the individual to have the ability to effectively communicate with others including clients, opposing counsel, vendors, physicians’ offices, etc. , the ability to pay attention to detail and be well organized.
Qualifications: Must know Microsoft Word, Acrobat, average typing speed of 60 wpm, good communication skills, good grammar and punctuation.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
