Job Description:Campus Dean, BSN Nursing Program - Leadership Role in Nursing EducationWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Campus Dean for our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program to provide strategic leadership and oversight of our nursing education program. This senior nursing education leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the future of nursing through academic excellence, community partnerships, and innovative program development. The Campus Dean will be responsible for site supervision, curriculum development, faculty management, clinical partnerships, and ensuring compliance with state board requirements while fostering student success in our accredited BSN program.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and evaluate all nursing program operations and academic activitiesEnsure clinical supplies, simulation equipment, and educational resources align with BSN program goals and accreditation standardsPrepare and submit data reports for state nursing board and accreditation requirementsMaintain comprehensive student and faculty records in collaboration with Human ResourcesDevelop, implement, and update nursing program policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standardsOversee nursing student admissions process, new student orientation, and enrollment managementServe as primary liaison between the college, healthcare community partners, and clinical facilitiesManage clinical site partnerships, preceptor relationships, and clinical affiliation agreementsEnsure clinical rotation scheduling, approvals, and performance evaluations meet educational objectivesRecruit, hire, onboard, and mentor qualified nursing faculty and clinical instructorsAdvocate for nursing programs and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified nursing studentsMonitor instructional quality, faculty performance, and contribute to strategic planning initiativesSupport student academic advising, retention efforts, and pathways to nursing licensure successConduct regular Nursing Advisory Committee meetings with healthcare stakeholdersRequired QualificationsMaster of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree requiredCurrent, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the campus state or ability to obtain licensureMinimum of 2 years of nursing faculty experience teaching in accredited college-level nursing programsMinimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse in clinical settingsDemonstrated leadership abilities and exceptional communication skillsCollaborative and inclusive leadership style with proven team-building capabilitiesProficiency in educational technology, learning management systems, and computer-based resourcesCompensation & BenefitsAnnual Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment2 weeks of paid vacation per year, increasing with years of service12 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays annually401(k) retirement plan with generous company matchCompany-paid life insurance at 1x annual salaryLeadership development programs and training for career advancementTuition assistance and forgiveness for employees and family members up to 100% depending on programWhy This Is a Great OpportunityThis Campus Dean position offers nursing education leaders the chance to make a lasting impact on the future of healthcare by developing the next generation of skilled, compassionate nurses.
