The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing mortgage loan applications. Day-to-day tasks include gathering, reviewing and verifying borrower information, collaborating with underwriters and loan officers, analyzing financial documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records of loan files. The candidate will also handle communication with applicants to address any concerns or additional documentation needs, ensuring a smooth and timely loan processing experience from start to finish. Qualifications Knowledge of Mortgage Industry processes, guidelines, and complianceExperience in Mortgage Loan ProcessingUnderstanding of Underwriting principles and financial document analysisFamiliarity with managing Loans and related paperworkExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactionsProficiency in mortgage processing software and toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in mortgage processing are a plus
