Corporate Paralegal

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a diversified holding company and asset management platform. This role provides critical support across investment entities, corporate subsidiaries, and operating companies. Assist with contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and internal processes across a dynamic and growing portfolio.Contract & Transaction SupportCorporate Governance & Entity ManagementRegulatory & Compliance SupportLegal Operations & Documentation3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a holding company, law firm, asset management, investment management, private equity or similar finance-driven environmentExperience working in-house Experience supporting contracts, transactions and multi-entity corporate structuresFamiliarity with legal technology tools, document management systems, E-Billing platforms, sanctions screening tools, and AML/KYC platformsAbility to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive and confidential informationUndergraduate degree from accredited College/University required
