Investment Manager

Key Responsibilities:Support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions across solar, wind, and energy storage assetsBuild and maintain financial models for project valuation, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysisConduct due diligence, including technical, financial, and legal review of renewable energy projectsAssist in negotiating financing agreements, term sheets, and transaction documentsAnalyze debt and equity structures, including tax equity and partnership modelsWork with developers, EPCs, lenders, and investors to ensure successful project executionPrepare investment memos, presentations, and internal reports for stakeholdersMonitor portfolio performance and support asset management activitiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field2–5+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or renewable energy financeStrong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniquesExperience with renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage) preferredKnowledge of project finance structures (debt, equity, tax equity)Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
