Driver QualificationsTo be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:Must be 21 years of age or olderHold a valid Class A CDL with an active DOT Medical CardMust be a U.S. Resident or have legal authorization to work in the U.S.Minimum experience pulling 40+ foot trailersAbility to provide up to 10 years of employment historyMust successfully pass:DOT physicalPre-employment drug screenMotor Vehicle Record (MVR) checkBackground screening Experience RequirementsApplicants must meet one of the following experience criteria:1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years(OTR, Regional, Local, or a combination) OR3 months of verifiable OTR experience within the past yearAND completion of an accredited driving school or carrier-approved training program OR6 months of verifiable local experience (or combination of Local/OTR/Regional) within the past yearAND completion of an accredited driving school or carrier-approved training program
