Electro Mechanical Engineer

Now Hiring: Electro-Mechanical EngineerWe are seeking a skilled and driven Electro-Mechanical Engineer to support automated manufacturing systems and drive continuous improvement across our operations.Key Responsibilities:Interpret complex technical instructions, including schematics, diagrams, and mathematical data, to support equipment functionality and troubleshootingDiagnose and resolve root cause issues across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems within automated equipmentEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and NEC regulationsIntegrate and support a wide range of I/O devices and systems, including sensors, vision systems, servo drives, HMIs, laser marking, and plastic welding technologiesPartner with Corporate Manufacturing Services and plant engineering teams to define equipment requirements, including error-proofing and data collection solutionsProvide electro-mechanical engineering input for new product launches and process development in alignment with APQP and TS16949 standardsSupport installation, upgrades, and commissioning of production and facility-based control systemsTrain and support plant personnel on equipment operation, electrical systems, and machine safety standardsLead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implementing sustainable corrective actionsOptimize process flow, ergonomics, and throughput for manufacturing operationsParticipate in cost analysis and business case development for capital equipment improvementsTroubleshoot and resolve equipment failures, implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrenceConsistently meet established performance goals and project timelinesQualifications:Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering disciplineMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairStrong root cause problem-solving skills with experience using Lean methodologiesEffective communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organizationHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
