Job DescriptionRole: Escrow OfficerPay: $65 - $90K + Bonus potentialDuration: Direct HireLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85016Seeking an experienced, detail-driven Escrow Officer to manage the full lifecycle of commercial real estate escrow transactions. This role requires strong escrow knowledge, exceptional client service, and the ability to independently handle a high volume pipeline with accuracy and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesOpen, manage, and close escrow files in compliance with state regulations and internal policiesReview contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and supporting documentsPrepare escrow instructions, ALTA/CD settlement statements, and closing packagesCoordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title officers, and notaries to ensure smooth closingsOversee funding, disbursements, payoffs, and resolution of title or transactional issuesMaintain proactive communication with all parties and ensure all compliance standards are metBalance files and reconcile trust accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionalsQualifications3+ years of escrow experience, including commercial real estate transactionsStrong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and regulatory guidelinesProven ability to manage a high volume pipeline independentlySkilled in preparing and reviewing settlement statements and closing disclosuresProficient with escrow systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsHigh accuracy and attention to detail
