This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized, evidence-based care in our on-campus outpatient gym, serving residents from independent living, assisted living, memory care, and surrounding community populations. The role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life through comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and collaborative care.
