Master Data Analyst7-month ContractOn-site in Scarborough, MEMust be able to work on a W2RequirementsCreate, maintain, and update master data records (e.g., material, plant, vendor, and related master data) in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to governance standards.Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned master data objects, ensuring alignment with site, divisional, and corporate policies.Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to gather requirements and support business needs.Support manufacturing operations by validating master data readiness for production orders, MRP, routings, inventory transactions, and costing activities.Facilitate master data setup and updates for new product introductions (NPI), engineering changes, line extensions, and product phase-outs.Investigate and analyze master data requests, assess downstream impacts across systems, identify risks, and recommend solutions.Perform data quality reviews, audits, and reconciliations; identify root causes of issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor data quality, workflows, and backlog trends.Support system enhancements, upgrades, and deployments through data validation, testing, issue resolution, and user adoption activities.Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and work instructions based on regulatory, system, or process changes.Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, providing updates on master data activities and issues.Provide guidance and training to business partners on master data processes, requirements, and best practices.Liaise with subject matter experts across commercial and manufacturing functions to ensure timely communication and updates.Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Adhere to divisional and departmental governance rules when maintaining and editing master data.Assist with deployments of software and technology to support integration and onboarding.Perform ongoing data maintenance, including creation, updates, and deletion of master data across systems.Prioritize and manage multiple incoming requests effectively.Demonstrate adaptability and teamwork in a dynamic environment.QualificationsAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience (± 6 years).Minimum of 6 years of master data experience in a dynamic environment.Experience with SAP.Proficiency in Excel.Experience with Power BI.Strong ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
