Location: Grand Rivers, KY 42045Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Marina Dockhand to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will assist with daily marina operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our boaters and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the docks and marina facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist boaters with docking and undocking their vessels safely and efficiently.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of docks, slips, and marina grounds.Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.Operate marina equipment such as golf carts, forklifts, and fuel pumps as needed.Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests.Help with fueling boats and handling waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations.Support the marina team with inventory management and stocking supplies.Follow all marina policies, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines.QualificationsPrevious experience in a marina, boating, or customer service role preferred but not required.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.Valid driver’s license and ability to operate marina vehicles.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Basic knowledge of boating and water safety is a plus.```
