This role manages new product introductions, drives process improvements, and provides technical and people leadership across engineering, production, and quality teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the manufacturing engineering teamOversee manufacturing processes from concept through productionDrive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesCollaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teamsReview customer requirements, estimates, tooling, and production readinessSupport implementation of new equipment, automation, and technologiesEnsure compliance with ISO 13485, AS9100, ISO 14001, and company standardsQualificationsBS/BA degree requiredInjection Molding Experience Required5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a leadership roleProficiency with CAD/CAM and engineering toolsExperience with quality management systems and ISO standardsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills ***Relocation Assistance Available***
