Salesforce Administrator (5598)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our client’s team in Woodbury, NY or Calhoun, GA. This is an onsite, direct hire position.SALARY: $95,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required) Strong experience with advanced Flow architecture Experience designing scalable data models and automation frameworks Hands-on experience with Light Apex triggers and basic LWC modifications Ability to support environments with 100+ usersResponsibilities Manage platform configurations, including validation rules, page layouts, and metadata Design and implement scalable business solutions aligned with company goals Develop complex Flows and automation across multiple objects Create and modify Apex triggers and LWC components as needed Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations and API data flows Oversee release management, testing, and deployment processes Maintain data hygiene standards and governance protocols Build dashboards and analytics for executive reporting Mentor junior administrators and power users Lead change management and user adoption initiatives Translate business processes into structured system designsNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
