About Us:LifeBridge Community Church and The ACTS Foundation are at the heart of community transformation in Fresno—spiritually, socially, and economically. We operate multiple programs and venues including a thriving local church, a large-scale outreach foundation, and an event center that serves hundreds annually. This role also includes administrative duties for Run to the Brokenness, an initiative focused on outreach, restoration, and community impact.Position Overview:This position provides essential support to the Lead Pastor/CEO/Executive Presbyter in managing calendars, communication, scheduling, and project follow-through. In addition, it supports the Run to the Brokenness initiative by managing digital platforms, merchandise inventory, event preparation, ecosystem coordination, and general business administrative office functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and values excellence, confidentiality, and servant leadership.Key Responsibilities:Manage Lead Pastor’s calendar, appointments, and speaking engagementsHandle email correspondence and draft communication on behalf of the Pastor/CEO/Executive PresbyterCoordinate travel and lodging arrangementsPrepare materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetingsTrack ongoing projects and deadlines to ensure timely completionMaintain confidentiality in all mattersPerform general business administrative office duties, ensuring smooth daily operationsManage and update websiteRespond to inquiries and incoming communication related to Run to the BrokennessCoordinate and update the speaking schedule for events and engagementsPrepare materials, packets, and digital assets for upcoming conferencesTake inventory, organize, and place restock orders for merchandiseManage the Run to the Brokenness ecosystem, ensuring alignment across platforms, communication, and operational componentsUtilize digital and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency in scheduling, communication, content creation, and administrative workflowsQualifications:Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skillsAbility to multitask, self-direct, and prioritize in a busy environmentExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh level of discretion and confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office and digital content management toolsExperience with website updating or content systems preferredWorking knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to support communication, content creation, task management, and workflow efficiencyA heart for ministry and alignment with the mission of LifeBridge and ACTS FoundationSchedule:40 hours per weekOccasional evenings/weekends for events may be required with advance notice
