Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement plans for the effective use of labor, material and resources. Supervise the operations of all personnel to ensure a manufacturing and distribution process are within budget and time schedule Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of production employees to ensure a competent workforce. Oversee the regulation of work shift to ensure proper workload distribution Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems Conduct assessments to identify mechanical and procedural limitations that hamper work efficiency Review personnel performance to determine individuals most suited for promotion. Work on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by Management Minimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: Lean and/or continuous improvement knowledge required. Warehouse distribution Routing delivery drivers Proficient computer skills and experience with applications such as Microsoft Suite. Managing team and individual performance, and providing effective feedback. Coaching team members to encourage individual problem-solving. Convey concise written and verbal communication. Lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environments. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
