In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.Clinical Resource Nursing DirectorWestern Region (UT, CO, and NV)$120,000-$140,000/yearSummaryRegional Clinical Resource Nurse supports clinical leaders and their teams with the clinical care being provided in multiple facilities across an assigned region, providing input on, and support for, the implementation of strong clinical systems that result in the highest quality of care. The Clinical Resource Nurse monitors, performs, and manages quality assurance processes including those supporting compliance to regulatory and/or accreditation standards.Essential Job FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.Provide mentorship to clinical leader and other facility-based clinical staff.Utilization of CQI principles in identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaboration with the facility team to make improvements.Regular facility visits to assist in identifying clinical priorities, development of corrective action plans and monitoring of action plans.Assistance with management of accreditation process from preparation through Plan of Correction development.Delivery of educational programs.Supports the development and implementation of quality assurance measurements and audits, and assists in improving medical management processes throughout the skilled nursing facilities.Market by coordinating and engaging in activities to proactively promote implementation of evidence based best practices.Performs other related duties and activities as required.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneMinimum Knowledge And Skills Required For The JobThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job. Education And ExperienceMust have current RN LicensePreferred experience as a regional clinical nurse leader2 or more years’ experience as a Regional/Clinical Skilled Nursing RN Resource preferred.Electronic Medical Records EMR knowledge needed.Strong CQI knowledgeRegulatory knowledge – as it relates to accreditation process and standardsStrong teamwork, mentorship and communication skillsValid driver’s license Certificates, Licenses, And RegistrationsMust have current RN license Other Skills And AbilitiesService-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor) Other RequirementsMultiple locations in an assigned region with 75% travel Physical RequirementsLight work.
