Job Details: Private Gastroenterology practice looking to grow 9 locations throughout the Baltimore and DC area 100% outpatient Monday-Friday schedule No nights No call Compensation and Benefits 480k base salary RVU model; fully ramped GIs make $750k - $1mm Sign on bonus Great benefits - free health, dental, vision, and disability for GI and their family Malpractice insurance 25 days PTO/5 days CME per year Partnership opportunity 401k Requirements: Unrestricted Maryland medical license True board certification or board eligibility Open to new grads and current Fellows
