Position Summary: The Tractor Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests during the summer season at Cooperstown All Star Village. Key Responsibilities: Transport guests to and from their destination on campus.Ability to drive a tractor and/or golf cart.Assist guests on and off tractor shuttles.Ability to clearly communicate on a two-way radio professionally.Aid guests with personal belongings such as luggage on and off tractor shuttles.Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment. Qualifications: Required: High School diploma or equivalent required.Valid driver's license.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.Ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Preferred: Previous transportation experience.Experience driving tractors.
