Hiring: Integrated Master Scheduler / Program Scheduler / Project SchedulerLocation: Sterling Heights, MI 48312 - onsite role Duration: 1+ Year Contract (Extension possible) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM🔍 About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. This role is critical in driving program success by developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated master schedules aligned with program objectives.You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and play a key role in ensuring schedules are compliant, integrated, and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Ensure horizontal and vertical integration across teams (engineering, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality, etc.)Monitor schedule performance and conduct risk and critical path analysisIdentify schedule variances and implement recovery/mitigation plansUtilize tools such as Gantt charts, PERT, and Earned Value Management (EVM)Prepare and present schedule updates and reports to internal leadership and customersEnsure compliance with contract requirements, internal policies, and industry standards🛠️ Required Skills & ExperienceExperience building Integrated Master Schedules using WBS, RAM, and SOWStrong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM / EVMS)Hands-on experience with scheduling tools:Microsoft ProjectPrimavera (P6 preferred)Open PlanAbility to analyze critical paths, network logic, risks, and opportunitiesExperience presenting complex scheduling data to cross-functional stakeholdersStrong communication and problem-solving skills🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field4+ years of scheduling/planning experience⭐ Preferred4–6 years of experience as an Integrated Master SchedulerExperience working with government contracts / defense programsFamiliarity with Earned Value compliance standards💡 Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on high-impact programsCollaborative, cross-functional team environmentLong-term contract with extension potential📩 Interested?Apply now or reach out directly to discuss this opportunity!
