Project Manager

About Another ThingAnother Thing is a creative advertising agency with offices in Boston, Richmond, and New York City. We bridge the gap between social-first thinking and big brand ideas -  creating work that doesn't just show up in culture, but actually belongs there. In a world flooded with advertising and content that feels manufactured, we obsess over what feels real. That instinct shapes everything we do, from how we find an insight to how we build a campaign. The result is work that resonates not because they were engineered to - but because they were made with a genuine understanding of how people actually live, talk, and connect. What’s it like to work here? We're an agency modeled after a modern startup - not a traditional agency.  We’re fast moving, resourceful, and innovative. We help brands punch above their weight class and we do the same. We're social and culture-first thinkers who are comfortable building without a playbook.  If you’re energized by the blank page and like the idea of building something new more than plugging in - this could be the move for you. AGENCY PROJECT MANAGER We’re looking for a client-facing, project manager with experience managing many kinds of projects in an advertising agency setting.  The Ideal Candidate:Is comfortable running a client meeting and able to tactfully manage a client meeting independently. Is capable of seeing the full board - budgets, timelines, people, and moving parts and you keep everything moving without losing a deadline or detail.  Has  done this before — in agencies that have fast-moving environments.Understands how great work gets made and what it takes to protect it. Not  just a tracker of tasks; you're a builder of process.Brings calm to complexity.
