The market is enormous ($100B+ in the US) and structurally underserved by legacy software. The team is small, intense, and well-capitalized by top-tier venture investors; they already serve hundreds of healthcare organizations and are building the go-to-market team.About the RoleThis is a founding-tier SDR role on a go-to-market team being built right now. You will work directly with company leadership and the founding account executives, run a true outbound motion (phone-first, supported by email and LinkedIn), and own prospecting end-to-end against a defined territory of healthcare businesses. It is a build-it role, not a follow-the-script role — with a clear, fast path to a closing seat for people who perform. The company promotes from the SDR bench.ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound: cold calls first, plus email and LinkedInResearch target accounts and decision-makers before you ever pick up the phone — understand the operational problem you’re calling aboutQualify prospects on first conversations; surface real pain; book meetings for Account ExecutivesOwn your numbers: track activity, conversion, and pipeline in the CRM, and iterate on messaging based on what the data saysFeed what you learn on the phones back to leadership — your conversations will shape messaging, targeting, and productQualifications0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a competitive, high-activity role (athletics, fundraising, campus leadership, door-to-door — we care about evidence of drive, not logos)Genuine comfort on the phone and with rejection.
