Bulk Propane Manager / Distribution Manager

If you have at least 5 years of experience in propane distribution or a related field, possess an Oklahoma LPG Class 10 Managers Permit in propane handling and distribution, and management experience, Tulsa Gas wants to hear from you! Experience the best of both worlds working for a local business with large-company backing! Minimum qualifications: Oklahoma LPG Class 10 Managers Permit in propane handling and distribution. Minimum of 5 years of experience in propane distribution or a related field. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to propane distribution. Essential duties/responsibilities: Manage and supervise the bulk propane distribution operations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Oklahoma LPG, DOT and OSHA standards. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of propane deliveries. Maintain accurate records of propane inventory and deliveries. Conduct regular safety training and inspections. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and safety. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to propane deliveries. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Supervise sales, service, installation, and delivery team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor and manage the performance of the propane delivery team.
