General Manager Responsibilities: Support the team in a hands-on capacity and develop their capabilities Provide an unparalleled guest experience Market the establishment as a venue for events and celebrations, and grow the business Coordinate with the Chef to provide a premium product General Manager Qualifications: 3 years of relevant experience in F&B Operations or Restaurant Management Respectable wine knowledge Proficient in Catering and Hosting Events Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and POS systems Creative, adaptable, and organized General Manager Benefits: Base salary of $50-$55K plus a discretionary bonus Medical coverage, Paid Time Off, as well as a 401K retirement plan with company match Supportive leadership team and a place to grow your career
