General Manager
Steele & Hops is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations and drive continued success since the restaurant's launch in 2021. With over 30 tap beers, 100 varieties of whiskeys and bourbons, 30 tequilas, and an innovative culinary program, Steele & Hops offers an exceptional experience to all our guests. This establishment is highly valued by shareholders, and we are searching for the right candidate to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L statements
Weekend availability is required
Hands-on leadership style with active management expected
Comprehensive knowledge of all areas of restaurant operations, with the ability to step into any station if needed
Trustworthy and reliable
Positive and energetic attitude
Proven ability to achieve both financial and operational goals set by senior leadership
Steele & Hops offers the following compensation package:
Starting salary between $68,000 and $72,000, commensurate with experience
Participation in a quarterly bonus program

This position will require weekend availability on a consistent basis. Will that work for you?
This position will require General Managers to be on site during the busiest days of the week and busiest times of each day. The typical shift of our current General Manager is 10am-7:30pm with 1-2 shifts a week working the 3pm-11pm shift depending on business needs. Will you be able to follow a similar schedule on a consistent basis?
This company has different departments that remove a lot of the administrative work the typical General Manager position fills. With the administrative work being significantly reduced, we expect our management team to be on the floor and active with the guests and staff for a majority of their shifts. Will that work for you?
