Senior Property Manager

Tarvos Talent is partnering with growing real estate client to identify a Senior Property Manager in Austin, TX (onsite with limited travel). If you’re looking for a unique blend of operational and strategic real estate management with strong leadership exposure, this is an exciting opportunity to step into.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of 30–40 primarily single-tenant industrial assetsOversee lease administration, compliance, and deferred maintenance initiativesBuild and maintain relationships with senior tenant stakeholders (CEO, CFO, facility leaders)Evaluate and manage capital improvement projects (roofing, HVAC, paving, etc.)Review and negotiate vendor contracts while identifying cost-saving opportunitiesConduct property site visits (approximately 2–3 days/month, primarily March–October)Support tenants with operational needs and act as a trusted resourcePartner cross-functionally with internal teams on asset performance and value creation initiativesQualifications4–5 years of hands-on commercial property/asset management experience (industrial strongly preferred)Background in single-tenant industrial, multi-tenant industrial, or single-tenant retail (no office or multifamily)Strong understanding of building systems including roofs, HVAC, and pavingAbility to review contracts, assess risk, and identify operational gapsFinancial acumen including experience reviewing P&Ls and balance sheetsFamiliarity with taxes, insurance, and lease structures (bond leases, assumed leases)Exposure to acquisitions or value-add strategies is a plusSalesforce experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsTeam-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and strong relationship-building skillsFor immediate and confidential consideration, please call 512.828.6700 for more information.
