In this role, you’ll help keep teams aligned, projects organized, and communication flowing — making a direct impact on project quality and client success.What You’ll DoCoordinate project engineering processes across multiple commercial projects.Support pre-construction planning, documentation, and scheduling.Maintain organized project files, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.Manage document control workflows, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues.Assist with procurement tracking, reporting, and meeting coordination.Support a positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused team environment.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Familiarity with Autodesk Build, CMiC, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.Experience with estimating, scheduling and cost control is a plus.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Why Join Chase100% Employee-Owned company where your contributions help shape the future.Mentorship, training, and advancement opportunities.A supportive culture focused on teamwork and professional growth.Opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact projects across the country.
