Project Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Customer Experience/Sales Service Project Coordinator (Contract & Developer) DEPARTMENT: Customer Experience/Project Management
REPORTS TO: Customer Experience Manager
EXPECTATION/REQUIREMENTS:
The ultimate goal of a customer experience professional is to develop and maintain customer engagement, ultimately leading to a boost in sales! Beginning all interactions with a cheerful, friendly demeanor, providing clear communication, and a true willingness to help. The customer experience is your priority.
Support ULOFT sales staff in accomplishing, or exceeding, company established sales goals.
Review and understanding of bid submittals, which may include:
Collaboration with sales staff and product development.
Participation in bid meetings.
Swift and Accurate Preparation of Quotes/Acknowledgments, which may include:
Calculating load planning and freight estimates.
Submitting installation RFQs, as needed.
Process order after receipt of signed acknowledgment or purchase order, assuming ownership through to completion, staying in continuous contact with the customer on all aspects.
Plan project delivery based on individual customer/project needs and ULOFT capacity.
Liaise between all necessary departments, sales team, and customer mirroring the aforementioned friendly demeanor and willingness to help, in order to propel the project to success. Provide information/work closely with:
Accounting: payment terms and methods.
Purchasing: purchasing of low inventory or specialized items.
Production: schedules/inventory levels.
Product Development: assembly instructions, new items, and specifications.
Freight Dept: ensure the order/releases are updated and accurate as internal/ external changes occur.
Process replacement orders and coordinate repairs with install department/customer.
Share in team responsibilities and cover when someone is out of the office.
Participate in application of State and cooperative bid contracts in assigned territory.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Comfort with ERP systems, Made2Manage, and Maxload
Confident and effective inside sales procedures
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience. Must have experience that correlates with above stated skills, and abilities. Required to stand, walk and sit; other physical needs for carrying out specific job functions listed above. Some travel may be required.
