Role Description The Export Dealer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. In this role, the representative will support key business objectives by managing communication with international dealers, processing export orders, coordinating shipments, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include resolving dealer inquiries, updating order statuses, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven skills in customer support, relationship management, and communication to provide exceptional service to international dealersExperience in handling export documentation, order processing, and trade complianceProficiency with data analysis, reporting, and tracking tools to enhance operational efficiency and maintain accurate recordsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address complex inquiries and oversee order accuracyKnowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and global trade regulations is highly desirableFluency or proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish or Portuguese, is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field preferredAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
