Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of roofing systems, and the ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day roofing operations on job sites. Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing crews and subcontractors. Ensure all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members. Monitor material usage and coordinate with suppliers as needed. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and timekeeping. Qualifications: Minimum of 5years of experience as a Roofing Superintendent or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and construction processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
