Youll handle a steady call volume while navigating multiple systems and may also assist with back-office tasks like claims processing and general administrative work.Your strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to deliver excellent customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller.Requirements:Were looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and natural empathy. To succeed in this role, you must have:Previous call center experience with high-volume callsExperience with healthcare or employer benefits (highly preferred)Keyboarding and MS Office proficiencyBasic computer knowledge (command prompts, shortcuts, troubleshooting)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask effectivelyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionHigh school diploma or GEDSuccessful background check & drug test (includes education and employment verification)Must be 18 years of age or olderKey Duties:Help participants understand plan options and provisionsRespond to client inquiries via phone and webComplete customer-related transactions with limited supervisionMeet accuracy and timeliness standardsDocument calls thoroughly in the case management systemComplete callbacks promptly and escalate when necessaryFollow call center policies, procedures, and performance metricsProvide guidance on required forms and next stepsPerform additional duties as assignedComply with all company policies and standardsPay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,640 - $37,050.
