Technical RecruiterPlease note that this job is hybrid. You will be required to work Monday - Thursday onsite in Greenwood Village. To qualify, you must have at least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $72.00 and $80.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).Responsibilities:-Partnering with Hiring Managers to establish search criteria for open technical positions-Posting jobs and screening candidates-Conducting interviews and negotiating job offers-Maintaining candidate pipelines for upcoming hiring needs-Entering and updating candidate information in the ATS and HRIS-Tracking and reviewing recruiting KPIs-Joining relevant business associations, networks, etc., both online and in person-Attending career fairs and other hiring events-All other related tasks as requiredQualifications:-At least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Technical Recruiter role-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Excellent attention to detail-Excellent organizational skills-Previous experience with ATS and/or HRIS software-Excellent internal and external customer service skillsCompensation:-Hourly rate between $72.00 and $80.00-LHH benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
