Project Architect

Job Description A well-established design-build firm is looking to add a Project Architect to their team.This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership of projects from start to finish. You will be involved in client interaction, running meetings, coordinating with internal teams and consultants, and staying engaged in the technical side of projects.This is not a heavily layered corporate environment. The team is collaborative, and individuals are involved across the full project lifecycle with real visibility and impact.Responsibilities:Lead projects from concept through constructionServe as a primary point of contact for clientsRun project meetings and coordinate with internal teams and consultantsProduce and oversee construction documents in RevitEnsure drawing accuracy, coordination, and code complianceSupport construction administration and field coordinationQualifications:6–12+ years of architectural experienceLicensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferredStrong Revit experience requiredExperience leading projects and coordinating teamsComfortable working directly with clientsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary ($85K–$95K range)Bonus potential401(k) with company contributionPaid health insurance and additional benefitsPTO and paid holidays
