At HOTWORX Four Points, we are passionate about helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals in a cutting-edge, results-driven environment.Position Overview: The General Manager of Sales is the leader of the studio and is responsible for driving membership sales, building a high-performing team, and creating an exceptional member experience. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Drive membership growth and meet/exceed monthly sales goals.Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Associates and Coaches.Create and manage community outreach and marketing initiatives to generate new leads.Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with members and creating a welcoming environment.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with HOTWORX brand standards and company policies.Qualifications:Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality.2+ years of management or supervisory experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, POS/CRM systems).Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary + commission and performance bonuses.Complimentary HOTWORX membership.Discounts on retail and wellness products.Opportunities for professional growth within the HOTWORX brand.How to Apply: If you are a driven, energetic leader who thrives in a sales-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!
