Project Scheduler - Pharmaceutical Projects (Primavera P6)Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to support a portfolio of pharmaceutical projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting on project schedules across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling and experience working within regulated pharmaceutical environments.This position works closely with the Portfolio Manager and cross-functional project teams to ensure accurate schedule tracking, timely updates, and effective communication of project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for multiple projects within a portfolioPerform day-to-day schedule management activities, including progress tracking, forecasting, and status updatesGenerate regular schedule reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and potential delaysCollaborate with project teams to gather updates and ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectivesSupport the Portfolio Manager with consolidated scheduling insights and reporting across multiple projectsUtilize Smartsheet to support scheduling, tracking, and reporting activitiesIdentify scheduling risks and work proactively with stakeholders to mitigate potential impactsEnsure schedules align with project scope, timelines, and resource availabilityRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in project scheduling using Primavera P6Experience supporting pharmaceutical projects is requiredProficiency in Smartsheet for project tracking and reportingStrong understanding of project scheduling principles, including critical path analysis and resource planningExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple schedules simultaneouslyProactive, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience managing schedules for projects ranging from small-scale ($50K) to mid-sized capital projects ($1MM+)Familiarity with portfolio-level scheduling and reportingExperience working in regulated environments (e.g., GMP/cGMP)Work EnvironmentFull-time, onsite roleNo travel requirementsCollaborative, fast-paced environment supporting multiple concurrent projects...
