By Providing BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing and recruiting, we never stop supporting you and your goals.What the role entails!Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessmentsDevelop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectivesSupervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plansEvaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryAttend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesMaintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of careCommunicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlinesQualificationsBoard Certified Behavioral Analyst CertificationMasters DegreeMust live in GeorgiaFluent in Spanish (required) – able to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and familiesStrong leadership skillsPassionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care. Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.
