Job SummaryThe Coordinator, Administrative Support provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support within Analog Devices’ Aerospace & Defense organization. This role supports Chelmsford, MA management with scheduling, onboarding, training coordination, site logistics, and food and beverage services among other responsibilities. The role reports to the Chelmsford, MA site Sr. Director.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Team SupportProvide administrative support including calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processingAssist with preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentationsSupport communication and coordination across teamsManage office supplies and coordinate service tickets on machinesTraining Coordination & OnboardingAssist with scheduling training sessions and tracking completionSupport onboarding of new hires by coordinating orientation activities, system access requests, and required trainingSite Logistics & Event HospitalitySupport site logistics for team meetings, training sessions, and customer visitsAssist with customer and visitor registration and meeting logistics in accordance with security requirementsCoordinate food and beverage services for meetings and events, including placing catering orders and coordinating delivery and setupOffice and cubicle occupancy tracking and growth planRequired QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience3-5 years of administrative or coordination experienceExperience supporting teams in an office or technical environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration toolsFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
